MR-J4-GF detects changes due to machine ageing by analysing the friction and vibrations monitored by the machine's diagnostic function, and alerts the need for maintenance with a warning message. The MR-J4-GF also records the total travel distance of the servo motor and warns you if the total travel distance exceeds your set warning limit. If the limit is set to the rated life of the ball screw or bearing, preventive maintenance can be performed according to the actual operation of the machine.
