The MELSERVO MR-J5 supports CC-Link IE TSN technology, ensuring fast data transfer and reliable connectivity in production networks. This allows the system to react faster, providing the accuracy and flexibility that is essential to ensure the efficiency and reliability of automated production lines.

The MELSERVO MR-J5 is easily controllable with FX5U or iQ-R controllers via the CC-Link IE TSN network. The FX5-40SSC-G and FX5-80SSC-G Simple Motion modules provide fast and stable control. iQ-R controllers can control up to 768 axes over the network, offering excellent scalability and accuracy.

Linear solution for machine configurations

The flexibility of linear servo motors is suitable for short- and long-distance movements, offering smoother operation than ball screw systems, lower maintenance requirements and higher productivity. Tandem and multihead configurations are available.
