Tosibox fully terminates Key 100 support
Tosibox is discontinuing Key 100 support to ensure the security of its customers. Key 100 tokens use older security ciphers and algorithms, some of which (e.g. SHA-1) no longer meet today's security requirements.
Transitioning to the Key 200 will allow Tosibox to offer customers the most advanced and reliable protection against potential threats.
Beginning 1 January 2026, Key 100 will no longer be available. This means that Key 100 (TBK100) users will no longer be able to use Key desktop software to connect to or control Nodes devices, nor will they be able to use associated SoftKeys and MobileKeys (keys associated with your Key 100 token).
How can I tell if my key is a Key 100?
Check the label on the back of your product. Immediately below the EAN code you will find a combination of letters and numbers. The first letter of this code indicates the type of product. If the code starts with the letter "B", your key is Key 100.
Copy your old key to the new one
.If you have purchased a Tosibox Key 200, it is important to transfer your old key (Key 100) to the new one. Read.
